This offer is valid for full roof replacements and qualifying partial replacements only. Eligible for pitched roofs, flat roofs, and modified bitumen roofs with a minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. Residential single-family homes only. Not valid for repairs.
What does the upgrade include?
Free upgrade from 30-year CertainTeed Landmark shingles to 40-year CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles at no additional cost.
Are there any restrictions on existing roofs?
Yes. Your existing roof must have no more than one layer of shingles. If multiple layers are present, additional tear-off costs may apply.
How is the final price determined?
Pricing is subject to roof size, pitch, access, and complexity. The base rate of $9.00/sqft applies to standard installations. Additional charges may apply for structural or wood damage discovered during tear-off.
Can I combine this with other offers or promotions?
No. This Black Friday offer cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
